Account Representative

This position will consist of learning the provisioning areas of the IT Services department which includes our telephone and broadband provisioning teams.

 

They will process work orders, emails, phone calls and tickets that come in from our field and corporate locations for telephone and broadband services for phone lines, VoIP, broadband, new acquisitions, moves, adds, upgrades, repair, and change requests as well as other assigned department projects.

 

The ideal candidate needs to have a positive attitude with the desire to grow and learn within the department.  Someone who possesses a strong, project-oriented mindset, and is willing to give 100% effort.  The person will also display a good work ethic with the ability to learn quickly.  If you’re willing to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in IT Services. U-Haul team members are preferred, and experience with Excel, Word, internal applications and Microsoft office is a plus for this position.
