2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaThis account representative position will consist of learning and processing all telephone provisioning in the IT services department. Telephone Provisioning Account Representatives are responsible for all requests from the field for dealers and company owned entities (U-Haul centers, repair shops, MCOs, and the UHI-Towers). Orders ranging from new phone number assignments, reprogramming of RCF/VoIP phone lines, moving phone lines, repair, and simple billing inquiries. Work requests are received either through an automated feed into our Telesoft system by work orders, or they are received by phone call, email, or system Ivanti tickets. In addition, they work on any assigned special projects and tasks by leadership.
The ideal candidate needs to have a positive attitude with the desire to grow and learn within the department. Someone who possesses a strong, project-oriented mindset, and is willing to give 100% effort. The person will also display a good work ethic with the ability to learn quickly. If you’re willing to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in IT Services.
U-Haul team members are preferred, and experience with Excel, Word, internal applications and Microsoft office is a plus for this position.
This position is 100% onsite at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ.
