The Account Manager (AM) partners with Account Executives to execute and optimize integrated advertising campaigns across Broadcast Television, Streaming TV, and Digital platforms. This role owns post-sale campaign fulfillment, ensuring seamless implementation, accurate execution, and exceptional client service.
The AM plays a critical role in revenue retention and growth by delivering high-quality customer support, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Management
• Manage post-sale execution of Broadcast and Digital campaigns, including order entry, implementation, maintenance, and fulfillment.
• Accurately prepare and input all Broadcast and Digital orders, ensuring inventory availability and data integrity across systems.
• Maintain and revise contracts (new, revisions, additions), complete new client setup, and manage special projects and sponsorships.
• Traffic creative for Digital campaigns and coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure timely launch and monitoring.
• Track audience delivery and campaign performance using Comscore ratings, impressions, and digital reporting tools.
• Develop and recommend makegood solutions related to preemptions, inventory changes, political impact, or pricing adjustments.
Client Service & Revenue Support
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned agencies and direct clients.
• Deliver clear, timely campaign reporting across all Digital platforms.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign results.
• Support retention efforts through proactive communication, problem-solving, and superior service.
• Assist with aging reports and payment collection support for designated accounts.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Management, Marketing, Research, and Creative Services to support client objectives.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to stay current on products, processes, and market trends.
• Maintain strong internal communication to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of account management experience in a fast-paced media sales environment (Digital experience preferred).
• Proven ability to retain and grow client relationships.
• Working knowledge of Broadcast and Digital marketing solutions.
• Experience with Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
• Ability to independently problem-solve and make sound decisions in support of clients.
