Account Manager Sell Out

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and visit assigned portfolio.
  • Deliver the Net Turnover and any other sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected.
  • Achieve Refund Ratio, Hit Rate and any other sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected.
  • Definition of merchant’s contract conditions (within the guidelines received) and deliver of account specific contractual obligations.
  • Improve merchants’ knowledge and expertise with our services.
  • Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
  • Document in CRM all merchant’s specific information and activity done.
  • Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion, and action
  • Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
  • Control the receivable to minimize bad debts exposure
  • Deliver to the stores the activities have been agreed with the merchant’s HQ
  • Document in CRM all merchant’s specific information and activity done

Additional: Division of work in percentage

  • Client Relationship Management (30%)
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales and Business Development (25%)
    • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
    • Developing and executing sales strategies.
    • Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Account Management and Administration (20%)
    • Managing client accounts, including onboarding new clients.
    • Preparing and delivering reports, presentations, and proposals.
    • Tracking sales metrics and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Collaboration and Coordination (15%)
    • Working with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to meet client needs.
    • Coordinating with other sales team members to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
    • Participating in team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Market and Product Knowledge (10%)
    • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Continuously learning about the company’s products and services to effectively sell and support them.
    • Attending training sessions, webinars, and industry events.

These percentages can be adjusted based on the specific needs of the role and the company. For instance, in a highly competitive market, more time might be spent on strategic account planning and business development. In contrast, if the role is heavily client-focused, more emphasis might be placed on relationship management and internal coordination.

  • MC/GC ratio, Customer retention rate, AutoFill coverage

Qualifications and education requirements

  • University Graduate
  • Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion, and determination to reach sales targets.
  • 2 - 3 years sales experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English, and Arabic is a must.
  • French Language is an asset.
