Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and visit assigned portfolio.
- Deliver the Net Turnover and any other sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected.
- Achieve Refund Ratio, Hit Rate and any other sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected.
- Definition of merchant’s contract conditions (within the guidelines received) and deliver of account specific contractual obligations.
- Improve merchants’ knowledge and expertise with our services.
- Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
- Document in CRM all merchant’s specific information and activity done.
- Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion, and action
- Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
- Control the receivable to minimize bad debts exposure
- Deliver to the stores the activities have been agreed with the merchant’s HQ

Qualifications and education requirements
- University Graduate
- Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion, and determination to reach sales targets.
- 2 - 3 years sales experience
- Fluent written and spoken English, and Arabic is a must.
- French Language is an asset.
