This position is responsible for managing, developing, and motivating multiple sales levels, including Area Managers, Division Managers, Sales Consultants and Merchandisers. Additionally, this role is responsible for implementing sales plans, achieving company and/or supplier goals, monitoring, developing, and maintaining key account relationships as well as performing various administrative duties.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support sales team by opportunity for success, providing direction, supervision, training, evaluation, and development.
- Work with District Managers on personnel issues and territory alignment.
- Overall responsibility for division personnel issues and territory alignment.
- Development of sales plans, quotas, profit and supplier goals and the methods to achieve those goals.
- Regularly review sales versus goal progress and report findings.
- Work closely with supplier partners to create a positive environment and goal achievement.
- Consistently survey market conditions to create and/or improve business.
- Develop and manage lists of opportunity accounts.
- Abide by Company and legal policies governing the industry.
- Attend and take part in the development and preparation of meetings and presentations.
Experience/Skills/Education:
- Minimum 7 years Industry Sales experience, CPG or retail industry, Shopper/Consumer Insights, Strategic Selling and Marketing. Demonstrated experience coaching and leading teams required
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent Leadership and people development skills.
- Broad knowledge of the Off Premise Industry syndicated data, pricing standards and price structures
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making and quantitative analysis skills to provide insights into performance and efficiency opportunities.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills to build relationship and collaboration across different departments, sometimes virtually. Proven track record of creating and presenting successful beer, spirits and wine platforms/concepts that drive incremental business across the enterprise
- Previous experience with presenting presentations to groups, senior management, etc. is required
- Self-starter and driven personality to be able to achieve corporate account objectives. Understand account level P&L's and ROI
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office and the ability to learn new technical programs as assigned
- Monday-Friday with Sunday weekly pre-planning
