Your contribution at Ecolab:
- Customer Management & Sales
- Active support and consulting of our customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries
- Acquisition of new customers as well as professional support of existing clients
- Conducting sales discussions through to contract closure
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all levels
- Solution-Oriented Approach
- Development and implementation of customer-specific solutions
- Conducting presentations and customer training sessions
- Identification and optimization of cleaning and disinfection processes Market & Data
- Monitoring market and competitor activities
- Maintaining and managing customer-related data and documentation
- Using and further developing our databases throughout the sales process Collaboration
- Close and proactive coordination with Corporate Manager, Distribution Manager, and Business Development Manager
Your Profile:
- Scientific education or degree with an interest in pharmaceutical processes
- Experience in manufacturing and in the sales of technical products
- Technical understanding of production processes
- Strong communication skills in French, German, and English – both written and spoken
- Sales- and consulting-oriented mindset
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within the region
