Your contribution at Ecolab:

  • Customer Management & Sales
  • Active support and consulting of our customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as professional support of existing clients
  • Conducting sales discussions through to contract closure
  • Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all levels
  • Solution-Oriented Approach
  • Development and implementation of customer-specific solutions
  • Conducting presentations and customer training sessions
  • Identification and optimization of cleaning and disinfection processes Market & Data
  • Monitoring market and competitor activities
  • Maintaining and managing customer-related data and documentation
  • Using and further developing our databases throughout the sales process Collaboration
  • Close and proactive coordination with Corporate Manager, Distribution Manager, and Business Development Manager

Your Profile:

  • Scientific education or degree with an interest in pharmaceutical processes
  • Experience in manufacturing and in the sales of technical products
  • Technical understanding of production processes
  • Strong communication skills in French, German, and English – both written and spoken
  • Sales- and consulting-oriented mindset
  • Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel within the region
