About the Team

We are seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join our team. You will be joining Kantar Profiles, our division specialising in survey design, sampling, and data science. With the world’s largest audience network (over 170 million people), we’re trusted by leading global brands to deliver insights from real people.

Within Profiles, the ORU (Online Research Unit) is our specialist panel management offering, providing clients with access to high‑quality consumer and B2B data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and new key clients within our ORU brand offering.
  • Oversee and deliver high‑quality, proactive end‑to‑end project management (including quoting, pricing, and online data collection).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for each project or program, ensuring excellent client communication.
  • Build effective, positive working relationships with internal delivery teams, including Panel Management, Sampling, and Scripting.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration.
  • Comply with internal procedures and management systems (CRM, Finance, Audits, etc.) as well as industry codes of conduct and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the Market Research industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online data collection, fieldwork, and the project management lifecycle.
  • Proven client service experience within a project management or client‑service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • A self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and a positive, can‑do attitude.
