Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on growing accounts, building partnerships, and driving revenue? We’re looking for an Account Manager who can take ownership of client relationships, expand existing accounts, and create long-term, exclusive staffing partnerships in the healthcare space.
This role blends consultative sales, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
Client Growth & Relationship Management
Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Build strong relationships across all levels of client organizations—from staffing coordinators to executive leaders
Expand existing accounts by increasing headcount, improving bill rates, and negotiating favorable contract terms
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate exclusive staffing partnerships
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen partnerships
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive revenue through job order creation, placements, and account expansion
Execute consultative sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals
Increase brand awareness and market presence across assigned territories and accounts
Track and manage activity metrics tied directly to revenue growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Recruiting and Credentialing teams to ensure successful placements
Coordinate contract details, provider onboarding, and client requirements
Support collections efforts within your book of business as needed
Operational Excellence
Ensure accurate client setup, billing rates, invoicing details, and timely payments
Adhere to company contract approval and legal review policies
Maintain detailed documentation and system utilization
Job orders created and placements made
Revenue growth and rolling headcount
Average bill rate and gross margin
Client meetings and QBRs completed
Submittal-to-interview ratios
Outbound activity and system utilization
Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of professional experience in sales, client relations, or customer service
Healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes
Proven ability to grow and penetrate existing accounts
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
