What you will do

After intensive training on products, you will be responsible for servicing

existing contracts and the sales management by interacting with established

customers in your area along with seeking new opportunities for growth.

  • Managing the Sales Budget of your area, with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth target.
  • Improving skills of the sales teams and technical team from our local partners: through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
  • Technical support: answering all types of technical questions related to our products, proposing solutions (with support of F&B Technical Support and Product Management).
  • Commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with our Customer Service Team etc.
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners, key accounts and key opinion leaders in your territory.
  • Reporting sales activities, market trends, competitor activities and market intelligence data.
  • Cooperating cross-country with colleagues and the Supply Chain Team to ensure optimal product supply.
  • Ensures that all activities are in line with compliance and code of conduct.
  • You will report to the Divisional Manager I - F&B, and together you will establish your action plan and sales targets, based on agreed strategies.

Your profile

  • Fluent in English and fluent in Czech language
  • Working experience in B2B sales, dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or related field.
  • This intermediate sales position requires 5+ years’ experience in F&B processing/manufacturing industries or 5+ years’ experience in technical sales into manufacturing environments.
  • Some engineering skills to service accounts as needed are required.
