Manage a portfolio of national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Drive sales growth and revenue targets across assigned accounts at a national level.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with Globe’s business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Globe’s product and service portfolio.
Lead contract discussions, pricing alignment, and commercial negotiations in line with company guidelines.
Monitor account performance, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
Address escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic recommendations.
