Job Description

This is a senior position, where you will guide, ongoing strategic growth plans and leading the continued development of a portfolio of strategic multi-site accounts across England. In your daily work, you will grow sales and continue to build a solid relationship with our customers. You will cooperation with a technical support team and partners to build a solid relationship to all partners from C-level to implementers.

You will report to the Northern EMEA End-User Sales Manager - CPG.

You will work hybrid in Great Britain, Kiln Farm. You will be asked to travel to the clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Focus on selling the Connected Enterprise, Rockwell Automation's portfolio of solutions covering all parts of automation from Smart machines and ready-to-use process solutions to safe network infrastructure to information solutions.
  • You will be the specialist within your area and part of our EMEA Consumer affinity team.
  • You will receive a portfolio of existing customers including many that are part of our Global Strategic and Enterprise accounts. There will also be new and development customers.
  • Full responsibility to develop longstanding relations at customers up to C-level, in eco-system and the industry.
  • You will be the first contact for the customer supported by a team of technical consultants, product specialist, industry specialist and the solution delivery team.
  • Develop an internal network in a matrix-based organisation.
  • Promote the value proposition in presentations and demos with prospects and customers.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Successful sales development.
  • Business experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, both presenting and written.
  • Technical education and experience selling solutions to the Food & Beverage/Home Health Personal Care Industry or equivalent.
  • Can understand and contribute to dialogue about customers Business Plans to develop their automation solutions.
  • Experience doing business and create relations with decision makers such as Site Managers, EHS Manager, Operations Manager and Engineering Manager.
  • Lead the Customer Service Value Chain throughout the complete Sales Cycle.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Strategic and financial skills.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects to foster an open environment and an excellent work culture.
  • Experience and results working with Senior Leaders.
  • Act with highest integrity in all areas.
  • Experience delivering sales results and meeting commitments.
  • The ability to network with partners.
  • Use a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language
  • Knowledge of the Rockwell Automation organisation and structures
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Rockwell Automation products and services
