In this pivotal role within our fast-growing AnyLive division, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between our clients and our internal execution teams. You will be at the forefront of the AI-driven livestreaming evolution, tasked with ensuring seamless campaign delivery that drives real business results. This is more than just account management; it is an opportunity to master the intersection of technology and commerce. You will not only manage expectations and timelines but also dive deep into data to optimize Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and engagement metrics. By bridging the gap between client goals and our cutting-edge AI execution, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital commerce while identifying opportunities to grow our partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing daily communications, status calls, and expectations.
- Translate client briefs into clear execution plans and coordinate seamless delivery with internal teams.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, identifying risks and escalating blockers to leadership.
- Review pre-live scripts, visuals, and promo bundles to ensure accuracy and brand compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance (GMV, conversion) and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Produce data-driven weekly and monthly reports to track KPIs and guide future improvements.
- Lead post-live debriefs to capture lessons learned and implement best practices.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling solutions and supporting new pitches.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account or project management within digital media or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience managing livestream accounts on platforms like Shopee Live or TikTok Live.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics, including GMV, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English

- Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, or Mandarin).
