As an Account Manager of Singapore LSSM Instruments sales team is to achieve the financial goals by handling and developing the business within the assigned group of clients or key accounts or geographic territory or identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products. In addition, with strong selling and relationship-building skills, the candidate will work with internal support teams to achieve customer excellence, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with the company business strategy.

Job Descriptions:

  • Ability to use sales tools, organize and accurately forecast territory results, provide market intelligence, implement value selling and meet sales objectives

  • Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and inform customers of new product introductions.

  • Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions

  • Builds, monitors and revises lead generation plans.

  • Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.

  • Build and sustain relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively builds business opportunities.

  • Lead and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies.

  • Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.

  • Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Chemistry or Engineering degree.

  • 4 – 5 years of relevant sales experience with good knowledge of the Chromatography and Spectroscopy product or in science industry segments such as Life-Science, Environmental, Healthcare and Diagnostics.

  • Highly driven with the ability to perform under stress and adhere to strict timelines.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

  • Have Energy, drive sales results, customers oriented and strong teammate is the qualities required.

  • Must possess enterprise selling, good interpersonal relationship and communications skills.

  • Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with products and strategy.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
