Account Manager – Prime Division

Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to strong client partnerships while helping our Prime Division deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Partner with Account Executives, Account Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive end-to-end client experience.
• Own and execute client benefit requests with accuracy and speed, including benefit changes, new group implementation, terminations, and escalated issues.
• Proactively review operational performance metrics and translate insights into actions that support client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Support the creation and delivery of monthly and quarterly client reporting that clearly communicates performance results and value.
• Contribute to client-centric meetings by assessing how current performance aligns with client goals and by helping identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain clear project plans, meeting documentation, and action items, ensuring follow‑through and successful completion.
• Support adherence to Prime Division contract reporting requirements, performance guarantees, and associated outcomes.
• Contribute to executive steering committee preparation and monthly coordination activities.
• Use available tools, technology, and processes to anticipate needs, reduce issues, and elevate the overall client experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in account management, client services, healthcare, pharmacy services, or a related operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, track progress, and drive work to completion.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally to resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting client-facing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience supporting executive-level client meetings or steering committees.
• Background working with performance guarantees, contract reporting, or healthcare-related metrics.
• Passion for continuous learning, client advocacy, and building long-term partnerships.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
