As an Account Executive SMB at Malt, you are at the forefront of our mission to help the German Mittelstand leap into the Future of Work. This is a high-impact role designed for ambitious talents with strong sales fundamentals who want to have a real impact on Maltâs growth in Germany.
You will act as a consultant for the backbone of the German economy - companies with 500 to 2,000 employees - helping them execute critical projects with speed and agility by accessing the best freelance talent in Europe. In this role, you will be mentored to master the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the final signature of a Master Service Agreement (MSA).
