OVERVIEW

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented Account Executive to join our award-winning global Brand Consulting team in London. 

We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who’s eager to launch their career in sports and entertainment marketing.

Partnerships and sponsorships are powerful ways for brands to connect with new and diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a natural curiosity and passion for how brands engage with popular culture, along with a strategic mindset, proactive attitude, and strong multitasking skills to navigate and manage complex projects effectively.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting role servicing one of Brand Consulting’s global F1 accounts. The Account Executive will provide critical support to the wider account team in the planning, development and execution of activation strategies across a range of marketing channels and disciplines. 

Working alongside an Account Manager, the Account Executive will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, researching ideas, managing projects, event logistics, liaising with rights holders and suppliers, tracking rights and assets, client reporting and general account support. 

We are looking for someone that can not only demonstrate the requisite organisational skills and attention to detail to manage the administration of the account but also has the confidence and passion to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day operations 

  • Assist with tracking, fulfilling and managing sponsorship rights and assets 

  • Help research, develop and implement activation plans e.g events, talent appearances, shoots, experiential, hospitality etc

  • Develop creative and cricitical thinking, and understanding of strategic processes 

  • Rights holder, stakeholder and supplier engagement and management 

  • Account administration, budget tracking and client reporting 

  • Monitoring latest trends in sport, digital and technology 

  • Attend industry networking events

  • Flexible to travel to events in the UK (and abroad where required)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience or knowledge of F1 is advantageous

  • Ambition, enthusiasm, reliability and a strong work ethic 

  • A self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build new relationships quickly 

  • An organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure 

  • A team player who is also comfortable working autonomously 

  • Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking 

  • A natural communicator with strong written skills and attention to detail 

  • A passion for sport and entertainment with a finger on the pulse of popular culture
