About This Role
Join CAE’s Business Aviation Training team as an Account Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
In this dynamic and fast‑paced live‑training environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating and booking simulator training for our clients as part of our private jet training programmes. As a member of our dedicated Account Executive team, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Strategy, achieving targets, and driving development within your assigned territory.

This role includes a competitive quarterly sales incentive plan. It is primarily based on-site at our Training Centre in Burgess Hill, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The 12-month fixed-term contract is a maternity leave cover and a full-time role. The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week.
As the Training Centre operates 24/7, you will need to be flexible to provide some weekend and public holiday coverage, arranged through a shared team rota.
