Salesforce recherche un Account Executive pour rejoindre son équipe Agentforce, dédiée à la vente de solutions d'IA auprès de clients Enterprise. Ce rôle est centré sur la démonstration de la valeur d'Agentforce en accompagnant les clients dans la transformation de leur engagement client grâce à des solutions basées sur l'IA et la donnée en temps réel.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Identifier et qualifier les opportunités Agentforce en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes commerciales Salesforce sur les comptes existants et nouveaux.
  • Mener des sessions de découverte approfondies pour analyser les besoins commerciaux complexes des clients et démontrer comment Agentforce peut y répondre à grande échelle.
  • Concevoir et présenter des points de vue convaincants qui soulignent la valeur tangible d'Agentforce auprès des interlocuteurs techniques et business.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour garantir une expérience client fluide tout au long du cycle de vente.

Required Qualifications:
  • Expérience avérée dans la vente de solutions technologiques complexes en environnement B2B, avec une forte composante technique.
  • Compréhension approfondie des concepts d'IA et de leurs applications concrètes dans des contextes d'engagement client.
  • Capacité à traduire des solutions techniques sophistiquées en valeur commerciale tangible auprès d'interlocuteurs variés.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Connaissance de la plateforme Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud).
  • Expérience dans la conception de solutions B2B et la compréhension des architectures cloud et des connexions API.
  • Historique avéré d'atteinte ou de dépassement des objectifs commerciaux dans un environnement de vente technique.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de négociation et de gestion de cycles de vente longs et multi-interlocuteurs.
