We are looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Senior HR Generalist to join our People Team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of employee onboarding, immigration, global mobility, workforce compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. You will report to the People Operations Manager and take true ownership of the tactical and compliance-driven work that keeps our people programs running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

HR Operations & Onboarding

  • Own and execute a seamless, structured onboarding experience for all new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and HRIS
  • Build and maintain training program records and compliance tracking
  • Partner with Payroll, IT, Legal, and Talent to ensure seamless cross-functional execution

Non-Exempt Workforce Management

  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
  • Build, document, and standardize policies for scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping
  • Partner with managers to drive consistent, compliant workforce practices
  • Audit and continuously improve non-exempt processes and controls

Employee Accommodations & Compliance

  • Lead the end-to-end accommodations process (ADA, leave-related, etc.)
  • Partner with employees and managers to deliver thoughtful, compliant solutions
  • Ensure documentation, consistency, and legal compliance across all cases
  • Identify trends and proactively improve policies and manager enablement

HR Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on people, risk, compliance, and workforce topics
  • Balance strong employee experience with operational rigor and legal requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Payroll, Talent, IT) to drive outcomes
  • Support broader People initiatives including onboarding, performance, and org design

Who You Are

  • 6–10+ years of HR experience, including Business Partner or Generalist roles
  • Deep expertise in global mobility and workforce compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of non-exempt workforce regulations and the ADA accommodations process
  • Extremely organized - no detail is too small, and nothing slips through the cracks
  • Hardworking and accountable with exceptional follow-through and time management
  • Highly proficient in HRIS systems and take pride in clean, accurate data
  • Exercise strong judgment and discretion when navigating complex employee situations
  • Adapt quickly, embrace ambiguity, and have a “can-do” attitude when problems arise
  • Experience scaling HR processes in technical or manufacturing organizations is a strong plus
