What this job involves:
As an Account Director at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business growth. You'll lead a team of professionals, leveraging JLL's global resources to deliver innovative real estate solutions that exceed client expectations. In this role, you'll embrace our culture of collaboration, working closely with colleagues across various disciplines and geographies to create tailored strategies that address complex client needs. Your ability to inspire and empower your team will be crucial as we collectively work towards redefining the future of real estate.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and execute account strategies to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth
Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand JLL's service offerings
Analyze market trends and client needs to propose forward-thinking solutions
Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of high-quality services
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance JLL's market presence
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
8+ years of experience in commercial real estate or related industries
Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and contract negotiations
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate
Relevant professional certifications
Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
Multilingual capabilities
Demonstrated success in implementing innovative real estate strategies
Strong network within the commercial real estate industry
