Services Supply Chain (SSC) is the “engine” to deliver Spare Parts, Repair and Refurbishment solutions, globally.

In this role, you will be part of Global Delivery Operations focused on the EMEA Market.

As Account Delivery Assurance Manager / Delivery Performance Manager you will be accountable of the E2E Service Supply Delivery performance of an specific Account or Business segment. You will be responsible for leading E2E orchestration across SSC functions (Planning, Make, Logistics) and manage stakeholders such as Category, F&C and E2E Account Delivery Managers, who are in direct touch with the strategic customer or account.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the SSC Delivery Performance (OTIF, LOS, Backlog) for the designated area of responsibility.
  • Lead and orchestrate performance across SSC functions (Planning, Makem, Logistics).
  • Identify issues, drive proper root cause analysis, define, drive, implement corrective actions plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement actions, both on delivery performance and processes efficiency.
  • Manage key stakeholders. Driver proper alignment and communication of issues and recovery plans.
  • Manage business and executive escalations for resolution.

 Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
  • Typically, 8- 10-years’ experience.
  • MBA, PMP/PMI, L6S will be a plus.
  • Solid experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery Businesses.
