What will you bring?

We are looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to create high-impact marketing plans that transform how Unum connects with its most valuable broker and customer accounts. You will lead a team of two direct reports to execute data-driven campaigns and contact strategies that deliver measurable results. Together, you’ll turn insights into action and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and oversee the implementation of Account Based Marketing strategies and campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, digital adoption, and engagement objectives.
•    Lead the use of data analytics and customer insights to optimise segmentation and deliver measurable business impact.
•    Own reporting and performance tracking for ABM campaigns, providing clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:
•    Strong people leadership capabilities and behaviours, with experience in people management and coaching strongly desired.
•    A data-driven decision-maker who thrives on turning insights into action.
•    Proven experience embedding Account Based Marketing and/or highly targeted B2B marketing strategies.
•    Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey mapping.
