What You’ll Do

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, partnerships, email, and content amplification. This role also assists with marketing operations using HubSpot for campaign and email marketing. 

You will collaborate closely with Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Marketing Leadership,  and cross-functional partners across content, brand, sales, and revenue teams, while coordinating with external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business goals.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, experienced in HubSpot (or equivalent), and comfortable writing and executing email campaigns.

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align content, brand, demand generation, and ABM objectives.
  • Ensure messaging and creative are consistent across channels and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, brand, sales, revenue) to support campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Support and follow established campaign and UTM structures within HubSpot.
  • Help maintain an integrated marketing calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution.

Paid Media, ABM & Co-Marketing

  • Assist and collaborate with partner agencies on multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Support paid media campaigns by coordinating creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Support ABM programs for priority accounts, including list management, campaign setup, and reporting.
  • Assist with co-marketing initiatives by coordinating assets, timelines, and partner deliverables.

Email Marketing

  • Execute email campaigns including content, QA, deployment, and basic optimization.
  • Support testing initiatives (subject lines, messaging, CTAs) and performance tracking.
  • Work with Sr Integrated Marketing Manager on analytics and reporting to ensure best practices and standard process documentation. 

Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Pull and organize campaign performance data from marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Support reporting, dashboard updates, and data hygiene efforts.
  • Work with the marketing team on campaign tracking and optimization initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, marketing operations, email marketing, or content marketing. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Writing is a plus!
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, brand, sales, and revenue teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with interest in learning how to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with an ability to make an immediate impact. 
  • Passionate about building scalable marketing programs and amplifying compelling brand stories.

Location:

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $90,000 -$100,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
