3rd Shift Quality Auditor

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor at our Darien, WI Birds Eye manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As the Quality Auditor, you will be the go-to resource for quality on the production floor, supporting teams and driving a strong food safety culture.

Your Impact

  • Lead Post Sanitation Inspections and support sanitation events to maintain a clean and compliant environment.
  • Monitor and verify production records for accuracy; coach team members on proper documentation and routine quality tasks.
  • Own programs that support consumer complaint resolution, including quality index checks, mixed ratio checks, detail checks, and BOM material verification.
  • Partner with operations leadership to prioritize work for Process Control Technicians.
  • Manage microbiological programs by performing routine and corrective action swabs, authorizing data, and communicating out-of-specification results to quality leadership.
  • Investigate quality incidents on the floor and collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to ensure thorough resolution.
  • Promote food safety culture through proactive observations and conversations with team members.

Your Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of related work experience in quality or food manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong technical skills, including:
    • Ability to analyze graphs and interpret measurements.
    • Ability to interpret data and write reports
    • Understanding of food manufacturing processes and supply chain.
    • Basic microbial knowledge for sanitation and swabbing programs.
  • Willingness to work third shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM CST, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$49,000-$65,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
