We are seeking a SVP, 360 Marketing Manager to help lead our integrated marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a data-driven, creative, and collaborative leader who is excited to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven 360-degree marketing strategies that align with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new and refreshed consumer financial products and services, defining positioning, creative platforms, and messaging.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, including customer insights, consumer trends, and competitor activities, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Align marketing efforts with broader business objectives and revenue growth goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital , traditional media, events, and content marketing.
  • Oversee creative development for direct-to-consumer campaigns, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Establish. track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of 360-degree marketing campaigns and initiatives, deriving actionable insights to drive continuous improvement to positionings and creative platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
  • Direct efforts for a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including acquisitions, product development, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
  • Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and key insights to senior leadership.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a significant portion within the financial services industry, particularly in consumer finance or credit cards.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with or knowledge of leveraging AI-powered marketing platforms for campaign optimization and enhanced customer insights.
  • A solid understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and proficiency with tools like MS Project and JIRA.
  • Exceptional leadership and indirect team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions to complex challenges.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
