Recruitment Support 

If you identify as living with disability, our team are happy to work with you through the recruitment process (or, work with your Disability Employment Services provider if you would like us to). 

Examples of where we’ve provided support during the recruitment process include providing access to information in different formats, ensuring suitable adjustments for face-to-face or instant messenger interviews for candidates who identify as living with hearing impairment or speech impediment or standing face-to-face interviews for candidates with back injuries. 

Eligibility 

To be eligible for the 2027 Program intake, you must have completed your most recent tertiary education qualification within the last three years (graduating 2024, 2025, or 2026) at an Australian University. You must also be an Australian or NZ citizen, an Australian permanent resident, or an international student with a valid visa to work in Australia without restrictions. Application Process: 

  • Submit your CV, Academic Transcript (unofficial accepted), and Right-To-Work documents (Australian Passport/Birth Certificate or relevant Visa). 

  • Eligible candidates will complete a HireVue recorded video interview and assessment task. 

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a final day interview. 

  • Successful candidates will undergo final background checks and receive their offer.
