On our marketing team, you will be doing work that matters, in an environment built on teamwork, service, responsibility, diversity, and integrity.  You will play an important role in supporting aspects of marketing including the development and implementation of marketing strategies, execution of campaigns/sponsorships and other activities that will drive our industry leadership.

What will you do?

Work alongside experienced marketing professionals to deliver upon full-funnel marketing plan components, including:

  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns and initiatives. This may include but is not limited to tactics such as collateral, direct mail, email marketing, social media, mass advertising, content marketing, sponsorships & events, retail merchandising, internal communications and sales force enablement.
  • Support marketing team members in campaign development, including briefing internal and external creative partners move through the end-to-end creative process from brief through to deployment
  • Ensure program execution timelines are met and all components are deployment-ready in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with other members of the broader marketing team, including digital marketing, creative production, social media, content marketing, retail merchandising and others, empowered by a spirit of shared purpose and one-team mentality
  • Coordinate translation, proofreading, and other marketing functions
  • Perform key analysis of campaign performance against KPI’s.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong written communication skills for web, email and internal communication
  • Interest in Content marketing
  • Some understanding of mass marketing channels, email, social media, and digital performance marketing 
  • Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage work back schedules to meet deadlines
  • Strong reasoning, judgement, analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Desire to learn while moving projects forward

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of social media and content marketing
  • Bilingual: French
  • Strong ability to work in a collaborative, supportive way in cross-functional teams and across the organization

Please note

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either: 

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or 
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
