The following position is to join our Raytheon Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) team:

The role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and documenting key reporting dashboards and data processes. This position ensures data accuracy, drives analytics improvements, and partners closely with business teams to validate reporting logic and deliver reliable insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple systems, data sources, and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Perform daily dashboard failure analysis and resolution activities, including identifying and correcting issues such as spreadsheet changes that cause data loads to fail.
  • Conduct dashboard testing and participate in side-by-side training sessions with business teams to validate dashboard logic and support documentation efforts.
  • Document dashboard data usage, requirements, and data dependencies; create supporting materials such as Visio data process flows.
  • Implement updates to enhance dashboard consistency and streamline reporting through automation, while also developing and deploying enhancements such as incorporating additional fields into Business Courtesies Approval Request (BCAR) dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Program Solutions team on small-scale improvement projects that leverage technology, automation, and dashboard capabilities

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements 

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Experience with data manipulation, including ETL (extract, transform, load) technology such as Alteryx.
  • Experience working with Power BI and the ability to build reporting
  • Experience working with SQL and the ability to create queries.

  • Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
