About the Role

- Identify and groom potential talents for future development
- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau Administration function and basic knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch
- Assist supervisors in handling daily administrative duties.

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Administration Department, you may be involved in

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Administration function and to the CEO Office in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle daily enquires and requests from both internal colleagues and agency
• Assist in coordinating regular staff meetings/functions/training in accordance with the needs
• Provide all-round administrative support to the Branch and perform other 
• Responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors.

What you will need:

• University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 major in Finance, Marketing or Business
• Good team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective organization and problem-solving skills; Strong at problem analysis and decision making
• Detail-minded and strong customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC knowledge and Chinese input is a must.

• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
