Job Details:
Summary
This position is an hourly clerical position that is responsible for completing the weekly process of submitting payroll for hourly team members. Also responsible for daily and weekly Time and Attendance reports. Other duties include generating off-cycle checks and calculating retro adjustments. Position will also assist team members with direct deposit and/or pay cards.
This position is depended on to work with line Supervisors to ensure that team members are paid correctly. Other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Team member must have a working knowledge of personal computers and proficiency on Excel worksheets. 10-key knowledge by touch required. High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior Accounting or Payroll experience preferred. Successful applicant will have core skills and willingness to learn. Problem solving skills and analytical skills required. Team member must be able to communicate well with others, be detail oriented, and have a high degree of accuracy in completing tasks.
Job Schedule
Regular hours Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays if necessary.
Schedule needs to be flexible to meet deadlines and accommodate plant schedules.
