Floorcare Transmitir conocimientos: preparar y acompañar a operadores de nuevo ingreso o en desarrollo de multihabilidad conforme a las necesidades de producción, en el proceso de aprendizaje de la operación a través de la aplicación del procedimiento de entrenamiento operativo definido hasta que el operador sea certificado.

IDENTIFICACIÓN DE ENTRENAMIENTO
Entrega de identificación de entrenamiento (tarjetas) de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la matriz de certificación de operaciones
JUNTAS DE ARRANQUE DEL ÁREA DE PRODUCCIÓN
Participar en juntas de arranque de producción, comentando temas de entrenamiento, aclarar dudas y plan de entrenamiento diario
MATRICES DE ENTRENAMIENTO
Actualización y publicación de las matrices de certificación, pizarrón de entrenamiento, formatos, exámenes y cambios de categoría.
ENTRENAMIENTO EN ÁREA DE TRABAJO
Entrenar, supervisar y asesorar a los operadores de nuevo ingreso, asegurando la correcta evaluación de los operadores durante su periodo de entrenamiento Participación en el Sistema de Gestión Integral Conoce / Ejecuta: El colaborador adquiere la responsabilidad de participar activamente en el entendimiento y ejecución acorde a proceso del Sistema de Gestión Integral implementado en la Empresa.
