What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production activities
- Coordinate and support team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals
- Monitor equipment, materials, and processes to optimize operational performance
- Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and plant operations to resolve issues
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee operational activities in an industrial setting
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence
- Ability to coordinate workflows, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of quarry or heavy industrial operations and equipment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
