Xometry europe

Marketing Specialist (APAC)

Australia Full Time

Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.

The role

To accelerate our growth in APAC, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who will drive regional market expansion & business growth. You will serve as the APAC regional marketing expert, integrating global strategy with local market insights, operationalizing marketing best practices, and proactively identifying scalable growth opportunities across the region. You’ll plan and execute campaigns across performance & media channels, collaborate closely with sales, and turn insights into action—quickly and consistently.

This is a highly practical role: you’ll run campaigns, test creatives and messaging, optimize landing pages, and help us build a repeatable growth engine for APAC.

What you’ll do

  • Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google/Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.

  • Own campaign performance end-to-end: targeting, messaging, budgets, testing, reporting

  • Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate spend based on performance and priorities

  • Run A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, CPL and lead quality (ads, landing pages, funnels)

  • Create and localize marketing assets (copy, landing pages, email content, simple visuals as needed) in collaboration with creative & content marketing teams.

  • Partner closely with Sales to align on priorities, segments, and follow-up feedback loops

  • Support webinars and industry events to generate demand and build trust with engineers and buyers

  • Conduct lightweight market research (ICP insights, competitor benchmarks, messaging validation) to sharpen targeting and positioning

  • Discover, test, and scale new growth approaches and channels (e.g., new audiences, formats, platforms, partnerships)

  • Help identify partnership opportunities (media, associations, communities) to grow awareness and leads

  • Track performance and report results clearly, turning data into next steps

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a growth-oriented performance marketer who combines analytical rigor with creative execution — someone who enjoys ownership, testing ideas, and seeing direct business results.

You’re not just running campaigns. You’re building scalable systems that turn marketing spend into real pipeline.

You should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing in Australia

  • Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition (Search and/or Paid Social)

  • Confident working with numbers: you understand what drives performance and can optimize based on data

  • Clear, conversion-focused writing skills in English; more local APAC languages would be an advantage

  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with Sales and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize well, and execute fast

Location flexibility

We’re open to candidates based in Perth (Australia) or Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand). What matters most is that you can work effectively in English and deeply understand the APAC/Australian business context.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B, engineering, manufacturing, marketplaces, or technical industries

  • Ability to create lightweight assets in Figma/Adobe/Canva (nice-to-have, not required)

Why join Xometry

  • High-impact role with direct influence on pipeline and growth in APAC

  • A fast-moving international team with clear goals and ownership

  • Collaboration with experienced Growth and Sales leaders across regions

  • The opportunity to help shape how Xometry scales in APAC
