KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, FISKARS

OUR ROLE

As a Key Account Manager for BA Fiskars, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our most valued customer relationships. BA Fiskars offers Fiskars and Gerber branded products for the gardening, outdoor, cooking, scissors and creating categories. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic partnerships that fuel our business growth. In this role, you will be handling both DIY and mass market customers.

You’ll work closely with both our customers and internal teams to understand needs, unlock opportunities, and deliver real value. By combining thoughtful planning with hands-on collaboration, you’ll help drive strong, long-lasting results — making a visible impact in a company known for iconic brands and meaningful design.

We’re looking for candidates based in the Öresund region (Southern Sweden/Eastern Denmark), with the opportunity to manage customers in both Sweden and Denmark. If you’re based in Southern Sweden, no relocation is required—the role is based in Sweden. The position reports to our Director, Sales, Scandinavia & GM Snow Tools. The role is full‑time and hybrid.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS

You’ll be part of our Commercial team in the Europe region and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong sales performance.

This role places you at the heart of our customer partnerships – helping us bring iconic brands like Fiskars, and Gerber closer to consumers.

You’ll step into a dynamic environment where collaboration, consumer-centricity, and continuous improvement are key. You’ll have the opportunity to grow long-term customer relationships, influence assortment and pricing strategies, and contribute to the overall commercial success of our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring profitable and long-term customer agreements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and commercial partners.

  • Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and forecasts to identify growth opportunities.

  • Act as the main contact for customer presentations, line reviews, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales Analytics) to execute campaigns and optimize product assortments.

  • Oversee customer data management, invoicing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.

  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and deepening existing account partnerships.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development roles.

  • Experience managing key accounts in the DIY and mass-market channels.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, structured, and process-driven approach.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Danish is considered an advantage.

  • Experience in retail or consumer goods is a plus.
