Job Description Summary
As Zone Clinical Lead, you will establish the clinical strategic plan, drive impactful clinical activities and generate high impact clinical tools to maximize Molecular Imaging (MI) business performances across Netherlands and Nordics. You will work closely with our reference sites and turn clinical evidence into compelling clinical stories and presentations. The role is fully embedded in the Sales organization and involves 80% travel across Nordics and Netherlands.

Essential Responsibilities
- According to regional business needs, build and execute MI clinical marketing strategy: including (but not limited to) the mapping most important KOL/ref sites and driving the related evidence generation plan.
- Support NPI (new product introduction) clinical validation with ref sites: lead the plan, execution and deliverable to reach maximum clinical value and evidence.
- Assist the management of key events (congresses, user meetings) to help position and differentiate MI portfolio within the market. Especially being part of the most impactful regional congress core team to deliver a strong clinical experience within the show.
- Creation and maintenance of MI clinical galleries to demonstrate product performances.
- Develop and train the sell-value strategy of MI images through clinical demonstrations leveraging our latest post-processing platform (MIM Software), and be a role model in that space.
- Initiate and deploy MI clinical initiatives within the network of zone clinical leaders (ZCL) and clinical education specialists (CES) => act as coach and supervisor with regional CES.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of current/future MI clinical trends - like Theranostics, neuro, cardio - to help identify evolving clinical procedures in line with the right product positioning.
Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree combined with domain knowledge of the healthcare industry;
- Relevant experience, for instance in Clinical Education, Product Sales or Clinical Marketing, applied in the medical imaging field;
- Expertise in “image-quality-based story telling”: ability to translate technical performances into clinical high-impact commercial tools;
- Organized and structured personality for driving initiatives, action plan, follow-up tasks: the person will act as a project manager;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer relationships and internal collaborations (between sales, marketing and engineering).
- Curious mindset allowing a sense of creativity, testing new ideas, thinking out of the box.
