Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned Zone sales target

• Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target

• Achieve Brand & Product wise target

• Guide team in conducting Marketing initiatives and activities/programs as per division strategy.

  • Develop & mentor Team for next level
  • KOL management

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Driving Sales Management processes through ABMs.
  • Study of Market potential, Market Share to plan Zonal objectives & allocate Targets & budgets accordingly in the Zone.
  • Incentive planning & facilitate and motivate team to earn incentive
  • Emphasizing on Field Activities in terms of Doctor Coverage, Repeat Coverage, Doctor & Chemist Call Average & thereby driving 100 % field compliance in Zone.
  • Development of Weak region.
  • Development of team (RBM, ABM, Reps.)
  • To share unique practices of industry and customized strategic input to Marketing team in Designing Marketing campaigns & strategies.
  • To drive team on engagement of Doctors as per new MCI Guidelines. - To liason with internal stake holders like Training team, Human Resource, Supply Chain, Finance etc for Business Operations.
  • Effective communicator & Analytical Skill
  • People Manager
