The Zi Yat Heen Kitchen Dish Up No. 2 is responsible for preparing Chinese breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
What you will do:
Prepares all dim sum items for daily operation
Checks and prepares all mise en place in section
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and appearance in the kitchen
Requisite groceries and offer goods according to activities
Produces, prepares and presents all food items, in the section to ensure highest possible quality at all times
What you bring:
Ability to communicate in either English or Cantonese languages
Minimum two years food service or related work
Knowledge of different kinds of meat, fish and poultry and how to prepare for use
