Tweed Heads/Elanora | Part‑time 30.4 hrs | SCHADS Level 4
Make a real impact in the lives of young people across the Coolum and Noosa communities. As a Youth Community Programs Facilitator, you’ll deliver engaging, strengths‑based programs that support wellbeing, connection, learning and opportunities for faith exploration. This role is embedded within local Salvation Army Corps, combining specialist youth practice with the trusted presence of our community hubs.
About the Role
You’ll build strong relationships with young people, families, schools and community partners, delivering a mix of school‑based programs, community initiatives and Corps‑based activities. Your work will help young people feel supported, empowered and connected to meaningful pathways.
