Role Overview:

Join Maxis as a Young Talent Intern, where you will actively contribute to campus engagement and early career programmes such as internship and graduate training programme. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, event management, communication, and programme coordination, equipping you with valuable skills to shape the future of talent engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campus Engagements: Support planning and execution of activities like career fairs, workshops, and talks to promote Maxis’ student and graduate programmes.

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Organize events at educational institutions, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful interactions with students and graduates.

  • Graduate Programme Management: Assist in the full lifecycle of the Maxis Emerging Leaders Programme, from application campaigns to onboarding activities.

  • Young Talent Engagement: Develop initiatives to connect and engage interns, scholars, and graduate programme participants.

  • Content Creation: Create and distribute communication materials, including newsletters and social media content, to engage current and prospective young talents.

  • Data Management: Maintain and update talent databases and generate insights to improve programme effectiveness.

  • Programme Support: Collaborate on internship and graduate programme activities, including onboarding and evaluations.

  • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to showcase engagement outcomes and insights.
     

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about developing young talent.
