Role Overview
As the WW Retail Experience Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience in key retailers worldwide, across all consumer retail product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Sellout management – lead and manage store-level sellout targets and processes for key HP SKUs, for both internal and external (retail) partners. ESF / Promoter management – manage the scoping, procurement, and operation of 3rd party promoter teams deployed to above stores, to achieve sell-out targets. Retail displays / POP – develop and execute the in-store merchandising strategy including display guidelines, design, production, execution & maintenance of retail in store assets. Retail associate engagement & training - lead and manage operation of required tools such as training platform, content management, incentives and sales enablement engagement tools. Tracking and reporting of agreed metrics such as sellout quotas, ROI, knowledge retention, recommendation rate. Collaborate with various teams across HP – Market Channel, Trade, Marketing, Category and Sales teams.
Qualifications
Education: University degree preferred but not mandatory
Experience: 8-10 years in retail displays, training, field force management or managing consumer electronics retail activations, especially in US.
Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Executive-level presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
Working with global teams
Knowledge of retail environment and consumer electronics market outside US
Consumer electronics experience
