WW BPS Marketing team is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to support commercial performance marketing initiatives. This role focuses on shaping compelling IT Value propositions and developing impactful full-funnel marketing content that helps drive demand and helps create sales pipeline/MGOs within managed IT audiences. This person will work closely with marketing leads and cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and deliver high value content for our premium AI PC’s and attach ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in creative and asset development, digital marketing, social media, and comms, plus an analytical skillset to apply key insights and data to better influence and optimize marketing content. We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter who is agile and can deliver in a dynamic and complex work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing lead, market managers, agencies, legal, product and alliance teams to create and contribute to performance marketing initiatives (concept to delivery) across different channels including digital, social, email, etc.  
  • Delivers marketing communications strategies, policies, standards and direction across the assigned business area.
  • Support end-to-end asset creation for AI PC and attach, with insights-led value propositions and business cases that directly tie into business goals, objectives, and brand guidelines.  
  • Defines, writes, and tests narratives ensuring consistent execution across the mix.
  • Use audience and product insights, data, and personas to develop creative briefs, that will elevate overall quality of marketing content.
  • Carries out close collaboration with business and regional marketing partners to align assets, maintain accuracy, approvals, and ensure consistent messaging, for timely execution.  
  • Independently lead select workstreams such as playbook development, 4P integration, comms framework, HP.com landing page updates, measurement/market research, legal and claim approvals, reseller/channel enablement, etc.
  • Reconcile market needs/preference/desired platforms across to ensure consistency across channels/journey: owned, earned, paid.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in related field; Technology industry experience a plus
  • Strong project management capabilities across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Preferably experience in content marketing, social marketing, data led planning, digital marketing, and experiential marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into marketing decisions and measurable impact.

The pay range for this role is $65,600 to $101,000 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
