Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of NPI marketing content, with an emphasis on the consumer portfolio. The role takes the lead in developing insights-led new product introduction content aligned with business goals & market need, demonstrating measurable ROI and improved brand metrics. Additionally, the role involves fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing to innovative marketing practices, leading execution of global marketing strategies, and leading market research efforts.
Responsibilities
• Drives execution of marketing communications strategies leveraging set policies, standards, and direction across the assigned business area.
• Leads development of insights-led new product introduction assets that directly tie into the business goals and objectives, that in turn demonstrate clear ROI and increased brand metrics.
• Drives collaboration efforts with the business and regional marketing partners.
• Works towards the adoption of leading-edge innovative marketing communications techniques (with an emphasis on AI) across the business.
• Leads execution of marketing campaigns across different channels including digital, social media, email, etc.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and participates in providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in NPI marketing, content marketing and etail, data led planning, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
