We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Data Analyst who can transform complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence product strategy and leadership decision‑making.

This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, product management, and business strategy. You will go beyond dashboards and reporting to uncover insights, connect disparate data sources, and clearly communicate the story behind the numbers to senior and executive stakeholders. This is a senior individual contributor role, offering strong visibility and strategic impact.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex, multi‑source data to inform product strategy, portfolio decisions, and business priorities

  • Develop and apply advanced analytical frameworks and models to answer ambiguous, high‑impact business questions

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior and executive leaders

  • Partner with Product Management, Data Science, and cross‑functional teams to define goals, KPIs, and success metrics

  • Build, optimize, and evolve dashboards and data models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and relevance

  • Advocate for analytics needs across regions and markets, aligning global insights with local execution

  • Continuously elevate how data and analytics are used to drive decision‑making within the Workstations business

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments

  • Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)

  • Experience with statistical analysis and advanced analytics techniques; exposure to machine learning methods is a plus

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of product, marketing, or sales decision‑making in a global context

Impact / Scope

  • Influences product management strategy and business decisions across global Workstations portfolios

  • Leads complex, cross‑functional and cross‑regional analytics initiatives as a senior individual contributor

  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy and visibility, directly supporting leadership decision‑making

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Relevant experience in analytics, product analytics, or business analytics, with demonstrated impact on strategic decisions

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
