工作职责：
1.下达生产计划,组织好本车间的生产管理,确保交货和月度计划,年度目标值的完成；
2.分解并实施车间质量指标，监督各班组工艺纪律执行；
3.负责车间生产设备的维护、使用，负责现场5S、安全工作，确保生产正常运作；
4.进行班组绩效考核和绩效奖金核算，评估机物料、工装模夹具等需求，合理控制车间费用；
5.主导质量、效率提升改善，主导现场布局改善，协助工艺改善
6.领导交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，机械类、电气类专业优先；
2.3-5年以上生产管理经验，机械/设备/重工行业经验优先；
3.熟悉制造和工艺，具备精益生产管理理念，事业心强，善于沟通，组织协调能力强。
