Job Description

1.A. Job Descriptions:

  • Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.

  • Regularly report workshop production status and forecasts, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

  • Monitor and coordinate with the workshop production to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair/service orders.

  • Manage and track the approval process for customer quotations, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.

  • Assist in shipping and receiving material as needed.

  • Participate in initiatives to improve service quality.

1.B Qualifications:

  • Experience in the aviation industry.

  • Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, or related field.

  • Familiarity with workshop operations and customer support processes.

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the aviation industry.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic knowledge in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

2.A. Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and issue repair quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Coordinate with the ADE finance management team to ensure efficient invoice submission and processing.

  • Collaborate with the 145 Production Planning team for the seamless issuance of invoices.

  • Maintain detailed records of all invoice costs for each customer.

  • Work closely with the workshop production to ensure accuracy in quotations.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

  • Generate financial reports and provide updates to management as required.

2.B Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.

  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
