Job Description - Workplace Experience Coordinator
You will be working in an international orientated company for a global account.
This job is focusing on on-site facility operations of a working relationship with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers with whom you operate in support of the site.
For the above reason, you will be required to be daily on site as this role does not encompass work from home possibility.
The working hours are defined as:
Mon-Thu: 8:00am till 5:00pm with one hour pause
Fri 8:00am till 4pm with one hour pause
In total, you will work 39 hours per week, which in return enables you to get extra RTTs.
The Client Campus consists of 14 buildings spread horizontally and therefore is the perfect environment for physical exercise. Yes, you will walk a lot!

CUSTOMER SERVICES
- Delivery of the defined scope of work within customer services, soft services, employee experience.
-Support of tools from JLL: ticketing system and monitoring tools + data analysis platform
Providing support to the following areas in the team:
HS&E
- Being part of the Safety Program team on-site: report any unsafe activity to the owner of this program (Good catches and near misses)
- Chemical clearance processes knowledge for safety and follow up with the relevant partner.
Finance and data
- Budget management for your service lines and constantly strive to deliver savings whilst maintaining client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the monthly score cards, data integrity, surveys, audits, etc.
JLL Team resource administration & Projects and Initiatives support
Coordinate and facilitate processes to support operations.
The role is defined to follow service lines including but not limited to: Cleaning, Landscaping, Waste management, Pest Control etc…
Support the client needs for their storage and lockers accesses and compliance in term of use
-Your role includes receiving and completing inspections via ticketing systems.
-The client also sends tickets for the team to administer and complete with a framed timing set goal.
-Accuracy of inventories is part of your role by regularly updating the relevant documents
-mplement and adapt global initiatives to best fit site purpose.
Leverage existing tools and practices and develop new ones to ensure the client is aware, informed and delighted with JLL services.
Understand the client needs and implement standard communication tools and norms.
Work with your colleagues to share the requests of the clients and efficiently deliver the quality as a One Team Spirit.
The goal is to achieve User Satisfaction targets as set by the Regional Leadership team and Key Element Assessment surveys.
Experience & Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience of working within a multi-cultural and dynamic workplace environment in corporate or hotel settings.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English (business language)
Expertise in the delivery of high-quality facility services
Passionate about customer experience
Understanding of health, safety and environmental standards
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational matters on a daily basis.
