General Function: The Workplace Experience Partner is responsible for execution, implementation and sustainment of a workplace experience strategy that creates intentional and organic connections, enhances employee interactions, and connects to the broader organizational strategic focus of a connected company.  The Workplace Experience Partner reports to the Sr. Workplace Experience Manager and will provide support in identifying opportunities in linking the employee experience in the workplace, collegial connectivity and community by bringing education, awareness, and delight to employees, customers, and the community in our corporate hubs.  These on-brand experiences create opportunities to enhance organizational culture.  The Workplace Experience Partner works alongside several teams such as Human Resources, Enterprise Workplace Services, and Campus Leadership to plan and execute these on-brand experiences in all work sites.


Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s and the LOB’s risk appetites, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing a workplace experience strategy which includes a variety of curated experiences, enhancing amenities and working environments and identifying organizational enablers including policy changes and communications improvements.  

  • Direct development and coordination of the Workplace Experience intake and implementation process.

  • Responsibility for the facilitation and navigation of the activities across the different workstreams as well as implementation and execution across all campus locations.  

  • Manages multiple projects and deadlines through the creation of detailed project plans, work assignments, target dates, and other aspects of projects and initiatives.

  • Develop relationships and collaborates with key internal partners, community partners and nonprofit organizations.

  • Cultivate robust partnerships with executives, stakeholders and target audience to ensure the successful implementation of workplace experience programs and initiatives.

  • Researches, reviews and applies emerging trends in workplace and employee experience to create recommendations and enhancements that improve overall experience.

  • Set the expectation and tone for a lively, inclusive, and dynamic work culture and experience.

  • Ability to influence and lead through change.

  • Ideate, plan, and execute culture-building experiences, which may include events and activities in all campus locations.

  • Proactively and continuously seek feedback from key stakeholders, including extended Campus Experience team, and incorporate feedback to drive continued success.

  • Conduct recurring reviews of established programs or programs in flight to ensure relevance and alignment to overall campus strategy.

  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting to stakeholders, providing updates on program status and key metrics.

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Corporate work-related experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or organizational psychology / culture

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a corporate setting and coordinating with and across cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated skills in program management, including planning, organizing, and executing initiatives across multiple locations.  Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills are essential.

  •  Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and execute to target dates.

  •  Strong Vendor relationship management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Able to communicate ideas, share direction, and provide updates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing to multiple and diverse audiences.

  • Able to convey complex information in a way that is easily understood by different audiences.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office working environment.  Travel is required, up to 25%

Total Base Pay Range 71,100.00 - 145,900.00 USD Annual

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
