Workplace Experience Manager - JLL
What this job involves:
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the workplace environment within a commercial real estate (CRE) organization. This role focuses on creating a productive, safe, and engaging workplace for employees and visitors in a fast-paced, dynamic technology client environment. The Workplace Manager leads direction with cross-functional teams, collaborates with various stakeholders including HR, Facilities, IT, and external vendors, and ensures timely delivery of team objectives and service level agreements.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Team Leadership & Operations: Lead workplace teams with guidance, mentorship, and performance management while managing deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze workplace performance metrics (space utilization, service volumes, costs, satisfaction) and deliver monthly business review presentations to senior leadership
Facilities & Space Management: Oversee maintenance, inspections, preventative programs, space planning, office layouts, and ensure optimal workplace conditions meeting safety and environmental standards
Workplace Services & Technology: Manage employee amenities (reception, mailrooms, conference rooms, fitness centers) and workplace technology systems (access control, booking systems, AV equipment)
Vendor Relations & Budget Control: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality while developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Work Order & SLA Management: Oversee work order ticket systems, enforce strict SLA compliance for response times, and conduct quality audits of vendor and team performance
Employee Experience & Compliance: Support engagement initiatives, workplace events, communication strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant workplace regulations and policies

Estimated compensation for this position:
103,730.00 – 150,480.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
