TITLE: Workplace Experience Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception & Guest Services
- Lead and support the reception/front-of-house team to deliver a welcoming, professional, and seamless guest experience.
- Evaluate and refine processes for visitor management, meeting room bookings, and office access control.
- Train and coach reception staff on hospitality standards, communication, and problem-solving.
- Provide office tours, as needed, and an overview of the amenities provided on-site to employees and visitors.
Catering & Food Programs
- Partner with our on-site food service operator to oversee catering and dining operations, including our daily food service program, pantry/kitchen supplies, and special events catering.
- Negotiate and manage our Hospitality contracts and monitor service levels for cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Gather employee feedback to continuously improve our food and beverage programs.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Partner with our HR, Events, and DEI teams on the employee onboarding experience, onsite events, and cultural initiatives to ensure the office can support the needs.
- Curate memorable in-office experiences, including community events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
Workplace Operations
- Collaborate with the Facilities Team on daily office operations, including space management, office services, and vendor relationships.
- Support the onsite Flexible Meeting spaces; helping with reservations, setup/breakdown, and collaborating with IT and Catering to support the meetings taking place.
- Ensure facilities are safe, well-maintained, and reflective of the company’s brand and culture.
Strategic Projects
- Collaborate with Facilities on all workplace-related projects such as office moves, space planning, and technology improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, and Operations to deliver a best-in-class workplace experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience managing and leading small -midsize teams
- Prior experience as a Workplace Manager, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing/front office role within a corporate office environment.
- Prior experience engaging employees through structured initiatives such as focus groups, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Prior Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Self-directed, independent, and proactive work ethic; dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
- High attention to detail with a keen eye for maintaining high-end spaces
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
Expected Annual Base Salary $115,000 - $135,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
