Workplace Ambassador
Position Overview
The Workplace Ambassador serves as the primary liaison between employees and workplace services, ensuring optimal workplace experience through proactive engagement, space management, and comprehensive employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
Workplace Engagement and Monitoring
• Proactively engage with building occupants to gather feedback and address workplace concerns • Monitor and maintain awareness of floor capacity, bay assignments, and floor strength requirements • Ensure timely resolution of all identified workplace matters and follow up on completion status
Meeting Space Management
• Conduct comprehensive daily walkthroughs of all meeting rooms, conference facilities, training centers, and collaborative workspaces • Assist employees with meeting room reservations, booking procedures, and space setup requirements • Coordinate and support VIP visits and Global Executive Board (GEB) meetings, ensuring all requirements are met • Liaise with cleaning teams and vendors to maintain meeting spaces according to company standards • Identify and troubleshoot incidents or issues within meeting spaces, coordinating prompt resolution
Employee/Occupant Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related employee inquiries and concerns • Provide hands-on guidance and training on workplace equipment usage and basic troubleshooting • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall employee workplace experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Participate actively in Monthly Workplace Connect sessions and Focus Meet discussions • Maintain effective communication and coordination with Facilities, IT, and other relevant departments • Build and nurture relationships with department representatives to understand unique business needs and requirements • Collaborate with various teams to implement workplace improvements and solutions
Events Support
• Provide logistical support for workplace events and activities • Coordinate with event organizers to ensure proper space allocation and setup • Assist with pre-event planning, execution, and post-event cleanup coordination
Required Qualifications
Should have 1 year experience in Hospitality
